Job summary

TD is hiring in Toronto, Ontario to support small business clients with inbound and outbound sales activities, opening Business Accounts, and handling Signing Officer Changes over the phone using digital tools.

You will promote suitable Business Account plans, ensure accurate documentation and compliance, and identify credit opportunities under $50,000. A self-starting, organized approach is valued in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct to customer phone channel experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
• Self-starter who works independently in a dynamic environment with strong administration and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound/outbound sales support to customers in a non-face-to-face environment.
• Open Business Accounts and complete Signing Authority Changes for new and existing Business customers over the phone using digital tools.
• Promote and advise on Business Account plans suitable for customers' daily transactional needs.
• Ensure end-to-end procedures for Business Account openings and Signing Officer Changes are followed to maintain compliance.
• Identify small business credit and credit card opportunities under $50,000 and submit related requests.
