A self-starter with 2+ years of direct phone-based customer experience is preferred, with an undergraduate degree as an asset.

  • Open Business Account and complete Business signing authority Changes for New and existing Business customers over the phone using digital technology.
  • Promote and offer advice on Business Account plans suitable to customers’ daily needs.
  • Follow end-to-end procedures for Business Account openings and Signing Officer Changes to ensure compliance.
  • Identify small business credit and credit card opportunities and submit/fulfill credit requests under $50,000.
  • Support and refer customers to appropriate TD partners for additional services.
  • Minimize operational and regulatory risk by complying with Bank and industry Code of Conduct.
