Job summary

Vertical Addiction in Canmore, AB, is seeking an outdoor enthusiast to join as a Ski Tech / Sales Associate. This hands-on role blends ski service, bootfitting and customer service, helping customers choose equipment for resort, freeride, all-mountain, and touring. You’ll also perform binding mounts, boot adjustments and shop repairs.

We value curiosity, willingness to learn, and teamwork. You’ll work with a small team to keep the shop running smoothly and support online orders when priority

Qualifications

• Hands-on ski service and bootfitting experience preferred.
• Curious and comfortable working with tools and learning.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize binding mounts, boot punches and other ski tech work.
• Help with binding and boot adjustments and repairs.
• Work with customers on ski equipment and bootfitting.
• Help customers on the sales floor when technical work allows.
• Learn the products, systems and technical requirements of the equipment.
• Help with online orders and receiving when there is no priority tech work or customer service needed.
• Work with the rest of the team to keep the shop running smoothly.

Love skiing, working with your hands, and helping people get on the right setup? We’d like to meet you. Vertical Addiction is an independent outdoor shop in Canmore, and we’re looking for an outdoor enthusiast to join our team as a Ski Tech / Sales Associate. This is a hands-on position that combines ski service, bootfitting and customer service. You’ll help customers choose the right equipment for resort skiing, freeride, all-mountain skiing and ski touring, while also working in the shop on binding mounts, boot punches, adjustments and repairs. We’re a small team that values good service, honest advice, sharing knowledge and helping each other out. You don’t need to know everything on day one, but you should be curious, comfortable working with tools and ready to learn.
