Job summary

Ski Butlers Blue at Blue Mountain Resort, Ontario, Canada is seeking a Ski Technician for seasonal roles. Technicians deliver equipment rentals to accommodations, provide on-mountain support, and handle returns. Join a team that values service, teamwork and a fun mountain lifestyle.

No experience required, weekend and holiday work is expected, and a valid driver’s license is required. Shifts include morning and evening, with pay at $20/hour base plus tips.

Responsibilities

• Delivery: Completing scheduled and reactive ski/snowboard rental fittings in line with our three primary delivery methods
• Express - No contact drop-off delivery
• Slopeside - Skis direct to resort slopeside valet
• Continued focus on our three Key Customer Requirements: On Time, Communication, Equipment
• Support: Provide equipment support to our guests within 45 minutes
• Pickup: All scheduled returns are brought back to the shop, sanitized, re-stickered and tuned for their next use
• Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and fuel levels
• Packing orders for future delivery
• Setting up the next shift and future team members for success
• Basic ski/snowboard tuning, waxing and general equipment maintenance
• Making/Answering customer phone calls with a positive and inviting tone
• Restocking delivery vehicles with extra equipment

Primary Responsibilities

• Delivery: Completing scheduled and reactive ski/snowboard rental fittings in line with our three primary delivery methods:
• Traditional - in-accommodation boot fitting and ski teching
• Express - No contact drop-off delivery
• Slopeside - Skis direct to resort slopeside valet
• Continued focus on our three Key Customer Requirements:
• KCR #1: On Time - Arriving within 5 minutes of the agreed upon time
• KCR #2: Communication - Setting clear expectations around the entire scope of service
• KCR #3: Equipment - Choosing the right equipment for each guest given their skills and current conditions at the resort
• Support: Provide equipment support to our guests within 45 minutes
• Pickup: All scheduled returns are brought back to the shop, sanitized, re-stickered and tuned for their next use
• Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and fuel levels
• Packing orders for future delivery
• Setting up the next shift and future team members for success

Secondary Responsibilities
