Job summary

The Josie Hotel, a Marriott Autograph Collection property in Rossland, is seeking a Ski Concierge / Guest Services Agent for a seasonal role starting December 1st, 2026. You will greet guests, provide ski valet service, assist with luggage, and share information about hotel amenities and local attractions with a friendly, helpful attitude.

Applicants should have strong verbal and written communication, excellent interpersonal skills, and a customer-service mindset.

We are presently searching for a Ski Concierge / Guest Services Agent to join our team of hospitality professionals!

As a Guest Services Agent, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on each guest’s experience by providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable moments. Each day, you will greet and assist guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude, provide ski valet service, park and retrieve vehicles efficiently and safely, provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions, assist guests with luggage and other needs as required, and ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Who We're Looking For:

You are outgoing, friendly, and passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and customer service abilities. You're highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You're a team player who works well in a collaborative environment while also feeling comfortable working independently. Previous valet or customer service experience is considered an asset.

The Josie Hotel will only consider candidates who currently possess the legal right to work in Canada. Applicants must be Canadian Citizens, Permanent Residents, or be in active possession of an Open Work Permit and valid Social Insurance Number. The Josie Hotel is unable to provide assistance to those requiring work authorizations
