Job summary

American Iron & Metal is seeking a Site Supervisor in Windsor, Ontario to oversee yard operations, ensure safety and productivity, and drive continuous improvements. You will coordinate with management, plan daily work, and lead a team to meet quality and efficiency targets.

Qualifications

• Experience as supervisor
• Experience in metal scrap industry (asset)
• Knowledge of different commercial trucks and forklifts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Description

Reporting into the Site Manager, the Site Supervisor will supervise, lead and control, in part, operational tasks relating to the yard. They will respond effectively to quality and productivity and health and safety requirements. They will see to the planning of operations and collaborate with management to continuously optimize and improve processes.

Qualifications
