Qualifications

• 7+ years of ground improvement experience.
• Experience as Site Superintendent or Senior Site Supervisor on heavy civil/geotechnical projects.
• Deep understanding of granular soil behavior and densification techniques.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations on ground improvement projects.
• Supervise crews, subcontractors, and equipment.
• Coordinate technical/logistical requirements for new job sites.
• Ensure work aligns with approved drawings and specs.
• Provide daily site reports and client verification.
• Maintain safety and BAUER policies.
• Coordinate material orders and waste control.
• Attend project meetings.
