As Site Manager (Quarry and Paving) you will ensure safety and supervision of the operations, manufacturing and maintenance teams at your site, and oversee their performance and development. You will sustain reserves and optimize equipment efficiency, connect with functional teams (Environment, Land, Industrial Performance, Human Resources, and Safety), and deliver operational excellence in a unionized environment while maintaining Amrize’s reputation in the communities where we operate.
