Job summary

Evergreen Sheet Metal is seeking a Sheet Metal Project Coordinator to join our Lower Mainland team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Project Manager & Construction Manager, you will manage logistical details, process paperwork, and maintain files for assigned projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong document control, prior experience in Sheet Metal/HVAC, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Coordinator is required.
• Experience with Sheet Metal and/or HVAC is a strong asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.
• Bluebeam experience is advantageous.
• Procore or similar platforms experience is advantageous.
• Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software is an asset.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage project correspondence, organize project files, and issue documents to the correct parties.
• Process RFIs and create/follow up on Mechanical RFIs.
• Prepare site instructions and issue to trades, vendors, and the site team; assist with preparing estimates/quotes.
• Conduct site visits and prepare progress reports for billing.
• Prepare O&M manuals and LEED documentation when required.
• Update project and department logs.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving and delivery schedules.
• Attend project meetings and participate in LEAN construction culture.
• Write and distribute emails and memos; assist in regular reports.
• Provide general support to visitors and stakeholders.
