The Sheet Metal Mechanical Project Manager will play a key role in overseeing project execution, managing budgets and schedules, and leading both field and office teams to ensure successful delivery of complex mechanical construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of mechanical construction projects from pre-construction to closeout
• Manage day-to-day site operations, including Superintendents, Foremen, and Project Coordinators

The successful candidate has:

• Experience preparing detailed project estimates, budgets, and take-offs
• Familiarity with contract delivery models such as Fixed Price, Construction Management, GMP, and Fixed Fee
• Engineering degree or CET designation considered an asset
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Procore, Accubid, LiveCount, or similar project management software
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
