Job summary

Charger Logistics Inc. in Calgary is seeking a motivated Parts Clerk/Coordinator to manage truck and trailer parts inventory, place orders, and transfer invoices to accounting. This role supports daily maintenance planning, data entry for repairs, and ensures timely service of equipment.

A valid G license and at least one year of experience are required; post-secondary education is preferred. This position is based at our Calgary office and offers career growth within a growing logistics

Qualifications

• Minimum one-year experience as parts clerk/coordinator.
• Hard worker with a positive attitude.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to work extended hours and on weekends.
• Valid G class license.
• Preferred post-secondary education.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track truck and trailer parts stock levels.
• Order new inventory as needed and transfer invoices to the accounts department.
• Assist in daily planning of repair and maintenance work schedules.
• Enter repair and maintenance work into the company’s database.
• Ensure timely service of company equipment and uphold truck/trailer compliance.
• Coordinate with the safety department to notify drivers of services due.
• Possess a valid G license to pick up parts from dealerships as needed.
• Organize common parts within the shop.
• Handle other shop-related tasks as they arise.

We are looking for a candidate with previous work experience and strong work ethics.

Job Duties
