Job summary

Premier Tech Growers and Consumers in Canada is seeking a Transport Clerk to support shipping, inventory and document control. You will explain policies to truck drivers, manage calls and mail, and enter shipment data.

You will maintain accurate records, track orders across multiple sites, and collaborate with customer service to ensure smooth coordination of transportation activities. Strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, customer service or transportation is an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ERP knowledge is an asset.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Organizational abilities and proactive mindset.
• Bilingual English/French is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome truck drivers and clearly explain company policies to drivers and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
• Manage incoming calls, process the mailbox, support various administrative tasks and all receptions
• Prepare shipping documents and enter shipment data into the system
• Maintain the inventory, classify shipping-related documents and keep all records consistently up to date
• Track, validate and reconcile product orders across multiple sites.
• Maintain end-to-end visibility over operations
• Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure smooth coordination of shipping activities and resolve any issues promptly
