Premier Tech in Rexton, NB is seeking a Transport Clerk to support shipping, inventory, and administrative tasks. You will collaborate with truck drivers and customer service to ensure policy compliance and accurate records.

The role emphasizes data entry, document management, and cross-functional coordination to maintain smooth operations across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, customer service or transportation is an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of ERP is an asset.
• Strong communication skills; clear and effective.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Resourceful and proactive approach to tasks.
• Operational mindset with attention to detail.
• Bilingualism in English and French is not required but considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Welcome truck drivers, clearly explain company policies to drivers and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage incoming calls, process the mailbox, support administrative tasks and front desk duties.
• Prepare shipping documents and enter shipment data into the system.
• Maintain inventory and classify shipping-related documents to keep records up to date.
• Track, validate and reconcile product orders against supplier confirmations across multiple sites.
• Maintain end-to-end visibility over operations.
• Collaborate with customer service teams to coordinate shipping and resolve issues promptly.
