Job summary

Stryke Logistics Inc. in Vaughan, Ontario is seeking a full-time in-office Dispatcher to keep freight moving from booking to delivery. You’ll book and dispatch loads, source carriers, track shipments and keep customers informed.

You’ll handle exceptions, prepare shipping documents including cross-border paperwork, and maintain accurate load details and billing in our TMS. Strong communication and organization are essential; French/Spanish are assets.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch, freight brokerage, carrier sales or logistics operations is a plus.
• Clear, professional communication by phone and email.
• Calm under pressure, detail-focused and organized.
• Comfortable learning new software; Excel or a TMS is an asset.
• Fluent English, written and spoken; French and Spanish are assets.
