Job summary

Pathlion is seeking a Shipping & Inventory Coordinator to support onsite warehousing activities, shipping, and receiving. The role requires physical fitness, experience with reach trucks, and accurate data handling across shipping databases.

You will manage order shipments, inventory counts, and respond to inquiries with strong attention to detail and customer service mindset. Collaboration with the Senior Customer Service Advisor and team is essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Must be physically fit to lift 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Experience operating reach trucks and other material handling equipment.
  • Accurate data entry into shipping databases with attention to serial ranges.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick, pack and ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt or per SLA.
  • Safely operate Reach Truck and other equipment in warehouse using PPE.
  • Coordinate bulk distribution of orders as required.
  • Receive stock, verify quantities, and provide packing slips within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Inventory management and FIFO stock rotation.
  • Contribute to warehouse safety inspections and OHS practices.

About the job Shipping & Inventory Coordinator (Onsite) JP877

This is a unique role, that requires a physically fit individual to perform administrative tasks, general warehouse duties, be competent driving reach trucks, as well as experienced in safely using material handling equipment. Accuracy and attention to detail is critical to being successful in this role.


The incumbent will assist with being jointly responsible for the shipping and receiving of products including high-security and serialized materials, tracking shipments of orders, distribution of departmental mail, organization of stock, cyclic inventory counts and reconciliation of all materials, general warehouse duties, and answering client inquiries over the phone, e-mail or in person as required.


Responsibilities


  • Accurately pick, pack and ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt or within established service level time frames demonstrating strong attention to detail

  • Physically fit - able to consistently lift boxes weighing 35lbs and able to be on feet lifting, bending reaching, following OHS safety guidelines and procedures

  • Safely operate a Reach Truck and other material handling equipment in a controlled Warehouse environment, using PPE

  • Ability to work independently as well as a strong team player

  • Customer service focused

  • Able to problem solve and use sound judgement

  • Ability to use strong verbal and written communication skills when communicating with internal and external stakeholders

  • Ability to multi-task; and adapt to changing workloads and priorities

  • Strong computer skills being able to type accurately type at least 35 wpm

  • Possess strong attention to details accurately enter in numbers into databases recording sequence ranges

  • Proficiency with data entries and ability to locate information in databases

  • Maintain and update 'Shipping Manager' database and MOVES daily for details about every shipment, strong attention to detail is required. (accurately recording way bill numbers, number of parcels, date shipped, serialized ranges and special instructions for every order)

  • Coordinate bulk distribution of orders as required

  • Receive stock, verify quantities received and provide packing slip and copies of the materials to the Senior Customer Service Advisor for receiving within 24 hours of receipt of product being delivered

  • Inventory management and warehouse organization including stock replenishments on a regular basis and rotation of stock in a FIFO rotation

  • Participate in the Warehouse OHS Joint Health and Safety Committee, and conduct warehouse safety inspections
