Starbucks Corp. in Laval, QC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts and to lead the partner team to deliver legendary customer service.

You will deploy partners, delegate tasks, train new partners, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment while upholding Starbucks guiding principles and ensuring safety and quality across beverages, food, and store practices.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a retail or food service team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, train and coach staff.
• French language fluency required.
• Able to handle high-volume periods with composure.

Responsabilités

• Acts with integrity and promotes Starbucks culture.
• Maintains calm demeanor during high volume periods to keep store operations on standard.
• Communicates information to manager so the team responds to create the Third Place environment.
• Assists with new partner training by coaching as needed.
• Provides feedback to store manager on partner performance during shift.
• Contributes to a positive team environment by recognizing changes in partner morale.
• Delivers legendary customer service with a customer comes first attitude.
• Executes store operations during scheduled shifts and organizes opening/closing duties.
• Follows cash handling, safety and security policies to ensure partner safety.
• Maintains regular attendance and punctuality.
• Ensures quality beverages, foods and products meet standards.
