Qualifications

• Experience directing a team in a fast-paced retail or restaurant setting.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations and cash handling best practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain calmness during high volume periods and lead the shift team.
• Communicate with the manager to ensure third place environment during each shift.
• Support partner training and provide constructive feedback.
