Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant setting.
• Ability to direct the work of others and coach on shift.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in French (reading, writing and speaking) is required.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in executing store operations during shifts.
• Lead and delegate tasks to the shift team to deliver Starbucks Experience.
• Provide legendary customer service with prompt service and quality products.
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming store environment.
• Open and close duties; follow cash handling and safety policies.
• Deliver coaching and feedback to partners to improve performance.
