You will lead partners, delegate tasks, and deliver the Starbucks Experience with legendary customer service, quality beverages and food, and a clean, welcoming store environment.

You will model Starbucks guiding principles, supervise opening/closing duties, handle cash policies, and support a positive climate that recognizes teamwork and performance.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment.
