Job summary

ONroute is seeking Shift Supervisors for Trenton Plaza to support management, monitor daily activities, and ensure a safe, efficient operation with exceptional customer service across Tim Hortons and ANW brands.

The role offers flexible hours, an hourly wage of 19.90 CAD, overnight premium pay, meal allowance, benefits, RRSP match, paid training, uniforms, and an inclusive workplace environment for all team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurants, food service or retail is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, plan and observe day-to-day activities of employees and coordinate breaks.
• Create and maintain a safe, positive work environment free of harassment and violence.
• Model brand standards and adhere to policies and SOPs.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures per policies.
• Follow cash handling policies and ensure security of cash.
• Resolve customer complaints with policy and customer satisfaction in mind.
• Practice food safety and sanitation per H&S standards.
• Assist with monthly inventory and product placement.
• Deliver training for new employees.
