Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Ontario, Canada. You will support the Store Management team to drive store execution and customer service excellence, stepping in when needed to lead staff and complete opening/closing procedures.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, handling customer questions, and maintaining merchandising standards while ensuring confidentiality and a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred but not required.
• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills required.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.
• Strong communication and supervision skills helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of management to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and inventory per weekly, promotional, and seasonal needs.
