Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a supervisory role.
• Thorough knowledge of Tim Hortons products and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to consistently adhere to policies/procedures.
• Able to stand for entire shift and lift up to 30 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Supervise crew activities on shift to ensure Tim Hortons standards of people, product, cleanliness and customer service.
• Maintain a minimum of 30 hours per week and be available any day including weekends and holidays.
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Provide direction to employees and ensure adequate coverage during shifts.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, food handling and store policies.
• Complete shift documentation and monitor store operations.
