Job summary

The successful candidate will work a 40-hour week at Rock Bay Landing, with a wage of $32.02–$35.52 per hour. A Diploma in Business and Administration is preferred, and familiarity with payroll software is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma/certificate in Business and Administration is an asset.
• At least two (2) years of experience in a related environment.
• Knowledge/experience with web-based payroll software and Word/Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shift schedules, call-outs, vacation and sick replacements.
• Enter and review payroll timesheets and monitor payroll data.
• Compile, track and report staff and client statistics.
• Learn how Collective Agreement rules apply to scheduling leaves.
