Job summary

Starbucks Delta location is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the store manager in executing daily operations. You will lead partners, delegate tasks, and ensure the Starbucks Experience through outstanding customer service, quality beverages, and a clean store environment.

You will model Starbucks guiding principles, maintain punctuality, and contribute to a positive team culture while delivering legendary service during each shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts.
• Lead partners and delegate tasks to create the Starbucks Experience for customers.
• Provide legendary customer service with prompt service and quality beverages and products.
• Maintain a clean and comfortable store environment and follow safety guidelines.
• Coach and develop partners on shift to ensure operational excellence.
• Monitor cash handling and cash register procedures per policy.
• Communicate issues and feedback to the store manager for continuous improvement.
• Foster a positive team atmosphere and recognize performance and morale changes.
