Job summary

Chick-fil-A South Edmonton Common in Edmonton, AB is seeking Shift Leaders to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and ensure exemplary Guest experiences. Candidates should be capable of training staff, maintaining health and safety, and supporting opening/closing duties on a schedule that includes Fridays and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in the restaurant industry preferred.
• Must be legally allowed to work in Canada.
• Must be able to work 9:00am–11:30pm and 5 days/week (including weekends).
• Food safety certification required within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations during shifts.
• Lead and motivate the team to exceed Guest expectations.
• Train and develop Team Members to ensure high-quality service.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to health regulations.
• Perform opening/closing tasks and cash-handling procedures.
