Chimmy’s Neighbourhood Pub & Grill in Edmonton is seeking a Food Service Supervisor. The role focuses on supervising 3–4 staff, training on duties and safety, and ensuring efficient food preparation and service in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Responsibilities include scheduling, ordering supplies, budgeting, handling customer concerns, and maintaining quality control. The position offers permanent, full-time hours with relocation support for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• English fluency required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Supervise 3–4 staff members, including food service attendants and kitchen helpers.
• Client-focused with good interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment and long hours.

Responsibilities

• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff in food preparation and portioning.
• Train staff on duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies; hire staff as needed.
• Ensure food service quality and cost control; manage budgets and reports.
• Respond to customer complaints and maintain stock, waste tracking.
