Job summary

River Cree Resort & Casino is seeking a shift supervisor for the restaurant operations in Alberta. The role involves overseeing team members during a shift, greeting guests, taking orders, preparing food, and ensuring a premium guest experience.

You will enforce quality, safety, sanitation, and adherence to company standards while maintaining a positive and professional image. The position requires leadership abilities, schedule flexibility, and the capacity to manage time, inventory, and cash

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Ability to read safety rules and procedures.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and work with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Team Members and restaurant operations during a specified shift.
• Keep the staff motivated at work.
• Control waste and portioning.
• Follow cash handling procedures and deposit income.
• Greet guests, take orders, prepare food, and perform table visits.
• Deliver a premium guest experience and represent management.”
• Maintain quality, timing, presentation, cleanliness, sanitation and safety.
• Ensure safe work environment per policies and regulations.
• Complete daily/weekly shift checklists.
• Comply with labor laws.
