Job summary

Work Authority in Cambridge is seeking a part-time Shift Lead to oversee store operations during assigned shifts. You will lead a team, ensure outstanding customer service, drive sales, and uphold visual merchandising standards.

The role requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, with responsibilities spanning opening/closing, inventory, and customer issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
