Job summary

Dayforce US, Inc. is seeking a Technical Consultant to guide clients through third‑party flat file integration work as part of Dayforce HCM implementations.

You will collaborate with a pod of consultants, engage stakeholders, and coordinate with offshore teams to deliver go‑live experiences across North America. The role emphasizes translating client requirements into flat file specs, managing export file delivery, and identifying and communicating risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Five or more years of experience in Human Capital Management consulting.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously while balancing competing priorities.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, collaboration, and consulting skills.
  • Ability to lead and facilitate client workshops and working sessions.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in business language.
  • Understanding of common HCM business practices.

About the Opportunity

The Technical Services team guides clients through the lifecycle of delivering third‑party flat file integrations as part of an overall Dayforce HCM implementation.

As a Technical Consultant you will collaborate across a pod of consultants supporting implementation projects across North America, coordinating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to achieve successful go‑live experiences.

Skills and Experience We Value
