Job summary

Galent is seeking a senior ServiceNow ITAM Architect to lead design, configuration and deployment of ITAM/SAM/HAM modules, aligning assets with business goals. You will drive data accuracy and integration across asset management, enabling compliant and scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to enforce ITAM policies, oversee lifecycle management, and mentor teams while delivering high-availability asset management within ServiceNow.

• Ability to translate complex requirements into scalable technical specs.
• Proven track record leading design, deployment and integration projects.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategic design development and deployment of scalable ServiceNow IT Asset Management ITAM solutions primarily focusing on Software Asset Management SAM with integration of Hardware Asset Management HAM capabilities Utilize extensive expertise in ServiceNow architecture to optimize ITAM workflows ensuring seamless integration and high data accuracy across asset management modules Analyze complex organizational requirements and translate them into scalable technical specifications for ITAMSAM implementations Oversee integration of ITAM solutions with broader IT infrastructure and business processes to enhance operational efficiency Drive continuous improvement initiatives by incorporating the latest ServiceNow ITAM features industry trends and compliance standards to maintain cutting edge solutions Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment of ITAM solutions with organizational goals and compliance requirements

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design configuration and deployment of ServiceNow ITAMSAM modules aligned with organizational objectives Manage the complete lifecycle of software and hardware assets including discovery entitlement management compliance and optimization within ServiceNow Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define implement and enforce ITAM policies and procedures Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure data integrity compliance and optimal performance of ITAM systems Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform and module specific issues to maintain high system availability Provide technical leadership mentorship and guidance to senior and junior team members on ServiceNow ITAM best practices and architectural standards Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation training materials and technical guides supporting ITAM processes and tools Participate in crossfunctional teams to integrate ITAM solutions with broader IT service management and operational frameworks Drive innovation and automation initiatives to enhance asset management efficiency and service delivery
