Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in large enterprise IT initiatives.
• Experience configuring ServiceNow including ITAM (SAM/HAM)
• Knowledge of end-user/administrator ServiceNow perspectives
• Experience with ITSM/CMDB/Self-Service tools
• Strong JavaScript/AngularJS/HTML/CSS skills
• Working knowledge of relational databases
• Involvement in testing, administration and development in ServiceNow
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Ability to translate requirements into implementations
• Experience with Proof of Concept and capability presentations

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions in ServiceNow and contribute to implementations
• Prepare estimates and participate in capability demonstrations/POCs
• Engage in testing, administration and development activities
• Understand business, functional and technical requirements and translate them into implementations
• Support ITSM/CMDB/Self-Service tool configurations as needed

ServiceNow Sr. ITAM(SAM/HAM) developer JD:

• Broad IT experience of 4 to 8 years working within a large enterprise on implementation initiatives
• Minimum 4 years of experience in configuring ServiceNow which involves various modules like ITAM (SAM and HAM PRO )
• Knowledge and work experience on ServiceNow - end user/administrator perspective
• Knowledge on any kind of ITSM/CMDB/SELF-SERVICE corporate tools
• Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS
• Working knowledge of relational databases
• Taking part in ServiceNow testing, administration and development activities as well as trouble shooting
• Very good verbal and written English communication skills
• Develop solutions in ServiceNow, prepare estimates and work on capability presentation, Proof of Concept
• Understand functional, technical, and business requirements and then turn those requirements into a successful implementation
