Qualifications

• Completion of a recognized post-secondary program in Business or Information Technology.
• 4+ years hands-on implementation experience with ServiceNow.
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades.
• Experience with one or more ServiceNow modules.
• Superior facilitation and presentation techniques.
• Strong teamworking skills.
• Ability to represent Accenture with clients.
• English required; bilingual English/French preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with clients to design, optimize, and implement ServiceNow-based business processes.
• Provide leadership on best practices across multiple ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, FSM, SPM, CSM, HR, Security, HAM/SAM, Platform/Integration, Portal/UI, GRC.
• Gather requirements and conduct gap analyses to align ServiceNow with current processes.
• Develop test scripts and facilitate workshops demonstrating ServiceNow capabilities.
• Create requirements stories, process docs, and training guides.
• Support existing ServiceNow solutions and identify opportunities for enhancements.
