Yochana IT Solutions Inc. is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Technical Consultant to build, run and improve OT Service Management and CMDB on the ServiceNow platform.

You will keep OT asset data accurate and secure, run OT integrations and MID Server setup, and ensure OT CMDB aligns with company-wide CMDB/CSDM standards across OT, IT and security teams. You will configure OT CMDB, governance, access controls and dashboards, and work with plant networks, security concepts and industrial contexts

Position Name – ServiceNow OTSM and CMDB Technical Consultant

Job Description:

We need a hands-on ServiceNow Technical Consultant to build, run and improve Operational Technology Service Management (OTSM) and CMDB on the ServiceNow platform.

You'll keep OT asset data accurate and secure, run the OT integrations and MID Server setup, and make sure the OT CMDB lines up with company-wide CMDB/CSDM standards. The work involves plant, automation, cyber security and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

• OT CMDB and data model: Set up and maintain the OT CMDB, including OT CI classes, lifecycle states, classification and relationships for OT assets such as PLCs, DCS, HMIs, SCADA, network devices and controllers. Keep it aligned with CSDM for shared processes like incident and security management.
• CMDB governance: Configure identification and reconciliation rules, data sources, de-duplication and CMDB Health (completeness, correctness, compliance). Define CI ownership, data certification and audit rules.
• OT access controls: Set up and maintain role-based, read-only access to OT data, run regular access reviews and give advance notice of permission changes.
• Mass upload and data loading: Maintain the custom mass upload tool for creating and updating OT CIs, including data validation, integrity checks and compatibility with platform upgrades.
• OT integrations: Build, run and monitor OT/OTSM integrations with OT security, asset discovery and password vault tools such as PASS Safe, using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP, Import Sets and Transform Maps.
• Industrial Workspace and dashboards: Configure and support the Industrial Workspace and OT Asset Dashboard. Keep data accurate and keep the views usable, fast and available for OT, security and connectivity stakeholders.
• MID Servers and connectivity: Deploy, monitor and tune MID Servers across all environments, with correct placement, scaling and segmentation by security zone.
• Upgrades and releases: Assess how ServiceNow upgrades, patches and new OT/OTSM features affect existing setups. Run regression testing (ATF preferred) and fix any issues.
• Delivery: Build user stories independently, run unit tests and demos, fix defects, and document designs, configurations and runbooks.
• Stakeholder support: Join requirement and design workshops, turn OT business needs into technical stories, and help business users with day-to-day questions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Engineering, IT or a related field
• 5+ Years of hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration, including 2+ Years on CMDB/ITOM
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow OT Management / OTSM (OT CI classes, Industrial Workspace, OT Asset Management)
• Strong knowledge of the CMDB data model, CSDM 4.x/5.x, the IRE, CMDB Health and data certification
• Integration experience with IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, Import Sets and Transform Maps
• Working knowledge of OT and industrial environments: plant networks, ICT/SCADA, and OT security concepts such as the Purdue model and IEC 62443
• Clear communication and documentation skills, with experience on Agile/Scrum teams
• Working knowledge of MS Excel to manage data sets and analysis

Certifications

• Required: ServiceNow CSA and CIS-Discovery or CIS-CMDB/Data Foundations
• Preferred: CAD, CIS-Service Mapping, ITIL v4 Foundation, ServiceNow OT Management micro-certification

Nice to Have

• Experience with OT discovery and security tools (e.g., Claroty, Nozomi, Armis, Dragos) integrated with ServiceNow
• Discovery and Service Mapping patterns, Event Management, Vulnerability Response for OT
