Candidates should have a minimum of 8 years of experience with ServiceNow, expertise in ITOM modules, and relevant certifications. Job description

The ServiceNow ITOM Architect is recognized for their ability to design robust and scalable solutions and to ensure the health and governance of the CMDB in complex environments. You will play a strategic role in defining ITOM architecture, overseeing deployments, and optimizing the integrity of configuration data within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• ITOM Architecture Design: Develop technical and functional architectures around ITOM modules (CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management), ensuring data quality, completeness, and reliability.
• CMDB Health: Define and implement governance strategies, quality controls, and monitoring mechanisms to maintain a healthy, up-to-date CMDB aligned with business needs.
• Implementation Oversight: Supervise ITOM deployments, ensuring configuration data consistency and effective use within ITSM and ITOM processes.
• Integration & Interoperability: Design robust integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems, ensuring data synchronization and reliability.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Produce clear, reusable architectural deliverables (data models, flow diagrams, governance guides).
• Technology Watch: Stay up to date with ServiceNow platform developments and propose continuous improvements, particularly around CMDB and ITOM modules.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 8 years of experience with ServiceNow, including at least 3 years specifically with ITOM modules.
• Proven experience managing CMDB health and producing architectural deliverables.
• Strong understanding of ITIL concepts, especially configuration management.
• Expertise in CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management modules.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve data quality issues in the CMDB.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in project mode, in agile or hybrid environments.
• CSA – Certified System Administrator (ServiceNow).
• CIS-ITOM – Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Operations Management.
