Alldus is seeking a ServiceNow CSM/OMT Architect to lead architecture and delivery of telecom-focused solutions. You will design end-to-end order management and orchestration workflows, translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions, and guide cross-functional teams through delivery.

Remote nationwide in Canada with an immediate start on a 12-month contract. Strong stakeholder management and integration experience are required to drive successful project outcomes.

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow architect with CSM/OMT focus.
• Hands-on design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions for telecoms.
• Strong integration experience with OSS/BSS and CRM systems.

The Role

As the ServiceNow CSM / OMT Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions across Customer Service Management (CSM) and Order Management for Telecommunications (OMT). You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and integration specialists to deliver scalable, end‑to‑end solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the solution architecture and technical design of ServiceNow CSM and OMT implementations.
• Design and deliver end‑to‑end order management, orchestration, and fulfilment workflows.
• Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and external OSS/BSS, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
• Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership throughout implementation and delivery.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Support technical design decisions, implementation activities, testing, and deployment.

Required Experience

• Strong experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or equivalent.
• Proven hands‑on experience with ServiceNow Order Management for Telecommunications (OMT).
• Experience delivering specific OMT implementations and complex order management projects.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
• Experience with order orchestration, order fulfilment, and enterprise system integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
