Alldus is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Architect specializing in CSM and OMT for a fully remote, 12-month contract based in Canada. You will lead design and delivery across customer service and order management workflows, guiding integrations and technical delivery with a focus on telecoms.

You will engage with stakeholders, run discovery workshops, and ensure best practices for scalable platform growth while aligning with client objectives and long-term roadmap.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with CSM and OMT focus.
• Delivery of ServiceNow solutions in telecommunications.
• Strong knowledge of customer service processes and the order lifecycle.
• Experience designing integrations and guiding technical delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications are advantageous.
