Job summary

The Themesoft Inc. team in Toronto seeks a ServiceNow Developer & Administrator to design and implement custom apps and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.

You will collaborate with architects and stakeholders, integrate REST/SOAP APIs with enterprise systems, and ensure coding standards, governance, performance, upgrades, and security compliance across the platform. This role requires Agile delivery experience and strong problem solving to translate business requirements into scalable

Qualifications

• Certification in ServiceNow CAD and CSA required.
• Strong development experience in custom apps, scripting, and workflows.
• Experience working in Agile environments with stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills

• ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer)
• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator)
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow development (custom apps, scripting, workflows).
• Experience in Agile delivery and stakeholder collaboration.

Good to Have

• Experience with ServiceNow GRC modules (Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit).
• Knowledge of IRM (Integrated Risk Management) capabilities.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, ISO 27001, NIST).
