Infosys is seeking a ServiceNow Developer. This position involves engaging with key stakeholders and applying technical skills throughout the Software Development Life Cycle, including requirements gathering, architecture, design, and high-quality code delivery. The role also includes validation, testing, and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. Required Qualifications

• Candidate must be within commuting distance of Calgary, Alberta / Mississauga, Ontario, or willing to relocate. Travel may be required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution; or three years of progressive experience in the field in lieu of education.
• At least 2 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Authorized to work in Canada without employer-sponsored visas; no immigration sponsorship available.
• Minimum 5+ years of ServiceNow scripting experience.
• Experience with HRSD and ITSM modules.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with Flow Designer, server-side and client-side scripting.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations.
• Certifications: Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
• Development experience in ServiceNow (minimum 3 years).
• Experience implementing HR data applications and configuring related workflows.
• Strong knowledge of HR Service Management, Knowledge Management, Service Portal, Chat, Reporting, Integrations, and HR Hub modules.
• Experience with HR dashboards, reports, and case management modules.
• Ability to design and develop new ServiceNow applications for HR modules, including Case Management and Employee Service Centre.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience interfacing with stakeholders and applying technical expertise across ServiceNow implementation phases.
• Ability to evaluate and recommend enterprise products and solutions aligned with Greenfield, cloud-based, mobile-first principles with minimal customization.
• Experience designing solutions, frameworks, and reusable artifacts for ServiceNow.
• Ability to promote reusable frameworks and create knowledge artifacts.
• Experience designing client-facing solutions leveraging ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of performance-optimized and sustainable architecture.
• Experience with enterprise software integration and lifecycle management.
• Strong multitasking, time management, and ITIL process knowledge.
• Experience supporting release management, upgrades, and new technology deployments.
• Business analysis, requirements gathering, and quick learning skills.
• Practical experience with agile methodologies and tools.
• ITIL certification and operational experience.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and service improvement skills.
• Flexibility to learn new technologies and adapt roles as needed.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams and client presentations.

Ontario Salary Range: $75,000 to $103,042
