Steele Auto Group is seeking a Service Video Advisor for Steele Ford Lincoln. You will capture quick, clear videos of repairs and explain findings to customers, helping them stay connected and involved in decisions.

You will also help keep the shop and lot looking sharp while supporting the service team to ensure smooth operations. The role offers a wage range of $18.10/hr - $20.45/hr, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive Total Rewards program.

The Service Video Advisor will jump right into the action, capturing quick, clear videos of repairs in progress, so customers feel connected and part of the decision-making process. You will help keep the shop and lot looking sharp and jump in to support the team when needed.

Wage Range- $18.10/hr -$20.45/hr

The Action You Will Be Capturing

• Precise video documentation of repairs on client vehicles
• Clear, friendly voice‑over explanations of technician findings
• Efficient and prompt upload of videos to clients
• Supporting the service team with communication by listening carefully and relaying accurate information
• Helping maintain cleanliness and organization in the service department
• Assisting the team wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly

What You Need to Shine in This Role

• Outgoing, comfortable speaking on camera (voice only)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain service processes clearly
• Detail‑oriented, prompt, and punctual
• Comfortable use of phones, laptops, and new technology
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
• Automotive background or video experience is an asset
• Clear communicator who can listen well and relay information accurately
