Job summary

Colonial Honda, part of Steele Auto Group, is seeking a Service Advisor to greet clients, guide them through service experiences, and ensure seamless visits. You will prepare estimates, communicate next steps, and maintain repair orders with a strong customer-first mindset.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, a professional demeanor, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced dealership environment. A valid driver’s license is required.

• Creating detailed repair orders reflecting client input and technician diagnostics.
• Keeping clients informed with transparent updates, timelines and follow-ups.
• Maintaining accurate service records and aligning with service standards.
• Proactively identifying ways to enhance the client experience.
