Job summary

Securitas Technology Canada is seeking a Field Service/Installation Technician to repair and service electronic security systems. You will follow up on service calls, ensure proper usage recommendations, and maintain customer service standards in line with company policies.

Must hold a valid training certificate in Lenel, AMAG, Avigilon, Milestone, Genetec, C-Cure, or Alarm.com and have at least 3 years of field experience in electronic security installations.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid training certificate in Lenel, AMAG, Avigilon, Milestone, Genetec, C-Cure, or Alarm.com.
• Must have at least 3 years of recent experience as a field service or installation technician in an electronic security company.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs to faulty security systems
• Follow up on service calls in order of priority according to importance;
• Carry out repairs to defective systems assigned to him according to company norms and standards
• Ensure that the correct recommendations for use are passed on to customers
• Ensure follow-up of customer service according to company policies and procedures
• Transmit usage recommendations to customers
• Provide the best service to the customer in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Ensure follow-up of customer service

Salary Range: $28.00 To $36.00 Hourly
