Job summary

Securitas Technology Canada in Port Coquitlam, BC, is seeking a full-time field service/installation technician to repair and maintain electronic security systems, including video, access, intrusion, fire, and integrated solutions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs to faulty security systems.

• Ensure correct usage recommendations are passed to customers.
• Ensure follow-up of customer service according to company policies and procedures.
• Transmit usage recommendations to customers.
• Provide the best service to the customer in compliance with company policies.
• Produce a report on service calls made.
