Job summary

Securitas Technology Canada is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our on-site team in West BC. The role involves repairing faulty security systems, following up on service calls, and ensuring proper usage recommendations are passed to customers.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in electronic security field service or installation, and holds a valid training certificate for Lenel, AMAG, Avigilon, Milestone, Genetec, C-Cure or Alarm.com. Union membership required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs to faulty security systems

• Carry out repairs to defective systems assigned to him according to company norms and standards
• Ensure that the correct recommendations for use are passed on to customers
• Ensure follow-up of customer service according to company policies and procedures
• Transmit usage recommendations to customers
• Provide the best service to the customer in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Produce a report on service calls made
