Job summary

Securitas Technology Canada is seeking an experienced field service/installation technician to repair and support electronic security systems in the Vancouver area. You will handle service calls, install and commission new equipment, and ensure customer satisfaction through compliant service and accurate reporting.

The role requires 3+ years in field service or installation, with valid certifications in Lenel, AMAG, Avigilon, Milestone, Genetec, C-Cure, or Alarm.com, and a strong commitment to

• Certified in one or more of the listed products.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs to faulty security systems.
• Follow up on service calls in order of priority according to importance.
• Carry out repairs to defective systems assigned to him according to company norms and standards.
• Ensure that the correct recommendations for use are passed on to customers.
• Ensure follow-up of customer service according to company policies and procedures.
• Transmit usage recommendations to customers.
• Provide the best service to the customer in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Produce a report on service calls made.
• Manage repair inventories.
