Job summary

Securitas Technology Canada is seeking an experienced field service/installation technician to repair and maintain electronic security systems across client sites in Mississauga and surrounding areas. The role requires valid training certificates in Lenel, AMAG, Avigilon, Milestone, Genetec, C-Cure or Alarm.com and at least 3 years of field experience with electronic security systems.

You will follow company policies, prioritize service calls, document activities, and ensure customer

• Must have valid training certificate in one or more listed security product platforms.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs to faulty security systems.
• Follow up on service calls in order of priority according to importance.
• Carry out repairs to defective systems assigned to him according to company norms and standards.
• Ensure that the correct recommendations for use are passed on to customers.
• Ensure follow-up of customer service according to company policies and procedures.
• Transmit usage recommendations to customers.
• Provide the best service to the customer in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Produce a report on service calls made.
• Manage repair inventories.

MUST have at least 3 years of recent experience working as a field service or installation technician at an electronic security company.
