Job summary

Fortive, through Fluke, seeks an electronics technician to calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair instruments returned for service in a dedicated service center. You will work with metrology equipment, perform calibrations to primary standards, and document results to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in electrical calibration or repair, a science/engineering background, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in science with focus in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering or equivalent work experience –OR—BS Physics, Electrical engineering or other technical degree.
• Minimum 2 years of electrical calibration and/or repair required.
• Understanding of Basic metrology concept (ISO 17025).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to routinely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Meticulous attention to detail; works well in a team setting.
• Willingness to learn and succeed.
• Experience using MetCal/MetTeams is a plus.

Pay Range

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 26.25 - 35.48 hourly
