Qualifications

  • Associate degree in science with focus in Electrical/Electronics or BS Physics or related degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of electrical calibration and/or repair experience.
  • Understanding of basic metrology concepts (ISO 17025) preferred.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Calibrate instruments with primary standards and M&TE per work instructions.
  • Repair equipment returned for repair by customers.
  • Prepare documentation and maintain records.
  • Communicate calibration data and trends to relevant teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate unusual product issues to appropriate department.
  • Maintain standards and M&TE.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, repair, and perform maintenance on measurement equipment in a service-center setting.
