Finning Canada is seeking two Field Service Supervisors at Kearl to lead, coach and mentor technicians, measure productivity, and drive safety and service excellence. You will coordinate work orders, make warranty decisions and resolve customer and supplier issues to build loyalty.

Reporting to the Product Support Service Manager, you will schedule repairs, monitor performance, guide teams on Finning policies, and pursue process improvements and standardization across the branch.

Qualifikationen

• Heavy Equipment Technician certificate is preferred.
• Prior leadership experience is required.
• Mining experience is considered an asset.
• Experience dealing with warranty for new equipment is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills are required.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Applications, SIS and Caterpillar Corporate Web Navigation.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean Driver's Abstract.
