Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience supporting Caterpillar mining equipment, CAT 797 haul trucks preferred.
• Proven leadership in mining or heavy equipment environments.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of Caterpillar warranty processes and service operations.
• Experience in a unionized environment and with performance management.
• Proficiency with CAT SIS; familiarity with SIMSi, SIMS, DSN, DPSS.
