Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. in Brampton, Canada, is seeking a results-driven Service Sales professional to promote and sell PMA service agreements for commercial building systems, including fire alarm, suppression, sprinkler, security, and related inspections.

You will drive revenue by meeting targets, managing a territory, and building strong internal and external relationships while leveraging SalesForce.com and Acclivus training to deliver value in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 previous progressive sales roles.
• Knowledge of fire and life safety industry.
• Aptitude for technical knowledge with high attention to detail.
• Exposure to sales methodologies, standards, and disciplines.
• Knowledge and exposure to CRM systems, especially Salesforce.

Responsibilities

What you will do

The service sales role is critical to the overall growth and profitability of the business! The chosen candidate will promote and sell service agreements (PMA's) for commercial building systems including, fire alarm, suppression, sprinkler, security, sound, communication and inspection.

Sales achievements - meeting and exceeding financial targets where adherence to predetermined metrics is closely monitored, animalized and enforced

Demonstrated knowledge of each stage of the sales cycle and process

Prove-able sales results - acquisition, organic growth and retention

History of territory management and strategic thinking

Relationship (internal and external) expert, broker, and nurturer

Embraces the value and necessity of new tools, methods and ideas.

Salary Range: HIRING SALARY RANGE: $55,000- $83,000 (Salary to be determined by the education,experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignmentwith market data.) This role also offers a competitive Sales Incentive Plan that will take intoaccount volume and margin on a project, quarterly, and annual basis. This position includes acompetitive benefits package.
